77th Independence Day celebrations in AITS
OBJECTIVE:
The main objective is to enable the studentslearn the language in ease through creativity, proper pronunciation, and to apply these along with communication skills for the outcome of the better future.
EVENT DETAILS:
On the occasion of Aug 15th 2023, PowerPoint Presentation was conducted on 09-08-2023 by the Literary Club as a part of 77th of Indian Independence- Independence Day celebrations in AITS, Tirupati. PowerPoint Presentation composed with the themes like Innovation of Science, A New World of Weapons, Should University Education be Free, Uniform Civil Code: A Call for One Law for India. Numerous students registered the competition. The Jury committee constituted to judge the quality of the themes and nominated the winners.
Independence Day celebrations started in a grandeur way on Aug 15, 2023 @ 9.15 a.m. Our College Principal, Nadhamuni Reddy, enlightened everyone with his knowledge on National Educational Policy. He specifically mentioned few colleges like IIT Kanpur, IIT Jodhpur and IIT Bhuvaneshwar implementing Indian languages as the medium of instruction based on NEP.The Chief Guest, Ex-seargent of Airforce, Retired Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax Department, Purushotham Naidu, shared his experiences as a warrior and the services he rendered to our country.Our College Vice-chairman Ella Reddy ended up his speech with a message, “Youth is the engine of our country.” Lastly, the Chief Guest distributed prizes to winners.
