PERSONALITY AND PROFESSION: TWO EYES OF AN ENGINEER

Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences-Tirupati, organized a Personality Development Programme to students and staff in its campus.

The Chief Guest, Mr. Akkela Raghavendra, Personality Development Trainer and a noted film personality, Hyderabad, in his speech told students to Aim in life, Positive energy, Dedication, and also stressed on Communication skills. He expressed that Corporate Education has spoiled the cognitive ability and creativity of the young minds and students are more into rote learning. He told students to have parents, national leaders and scientists to be their role models. He advised them to learn by questioning the concept. He stressed a disciplined person will also know their priorities in life and act accordingly to reach their goals.

Sri Yella Reddy, our vice-chairman addressed the students saying that, discipline is the key factor for building their career and character to live bigger and better. He insisted that the institute does not train on how to make your business better rather train on how to make life better. He stressed to students to be clear and be focused on their studies and to become great citizens of India.

Our Principal, Dr. C. Nadhamuni Reddy, inaugurated the progamme quoting ‘Life is like a big game and one has to equip himself to play well until the last ball and bag success”. Students were advised to make use of latest technologies to equip themselves for the future.

Students’ session was organized in morning and for faculty members by evening. All the professors and faculty members participated in the programme and made it a grand success.
