Short Term Training on ‘Industrial Automation using PLC

Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences, Tirupati held a Short Term Training Program (STTP) on ‘Industrial Automation using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Electro-Mechanical Transducer’ from 9th -15th September 2019. The programme was sponsored by AICTE. The STTP explored the roles of PLC and Electro-Mechanical Transducers in automation engineering which is a cross-sectional discipline that requires proportional knowledge in hardware and software development and their applications. Dr PS Saikrishna, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering IIT, Tirupati and Dr G Marutheswar, HOD, EEE, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati were the resource persons at the programme.
